Cruella DeVille Christmas Decoration

Here is Cruella DeVille, made for my Disney Store co-worker Rocky for our Secret Santa exchange. He LOVED her. She is his most fave character. Everyone at work thought I had bought this somewhere XD I take that as a compliment Didnt think Id be able to EVER make Cruella, but I proved to myself I can make anyone
